Minnesota makes many judicial records available to the public, but the correct route depends on what is needed. Lincoln County District Court Administration is the local custodian for the Register of Actions and court-file requests. MCRO is the statewide starting point for public case searches, while the courthouse can offer broader access to eligible public records. We bring the search, calendar, and records-request routes into one local reference guide.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a Minnesota court, court-administration office, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor
- It cannot set, move, or cancel a hearing or court date
- It cannot alter, seal, or remove a case record
- It cannot issue certified copies of a docket, order, or filing
- It cannot provide legal advice about a particular case
- It cannot guarantee that court contact details, fees, or settings remain current
Only Lincoln County District Court Administration or the court maintaining the case can issue an official or certified copy. A guide or search result is not a substitute for that court record.
